Three Types of Love
with special guest Teacher Gen Khedrub
Tuesday, February 20 from 6:00 to 7:00pm
Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and break free from old habits. Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind.
This Tuesday evening meditation class will take a practical look at Buddha’s wisdom teachings and how they can be applied to our modern life. This class will include:
guided breathing meditation
a short teaching on how to access more inner calm and kindness
a concluding contemplative time
Q&A time with Gen Khedrub
Location: 302 Stevens Ave, Portland, ME 04103
Registration: General tickets $12. Pay at the door or register in advance on our website: https://www.meditationinboston.org/portland-classes
